Cyber language is a new language which applied in the
internet communication system. It is not yet recorded in the traditional
dictionaries as it is mainly used as well as created by the people on the
internet. It is an abbreviation language. The language is often used as the
cyber play including variations on abbreviations, emoticons, and smiley. Just take
example of the abbreviations, 4GM is
considered as forgive me and HCIT means how cool is that. Nowadays, these types of language are largely utilized by
the internet user worldwide. Other than that, before the IT is introduced, the
term like mouse is identified as animal but in this IT world, the name of a
mouse is also apply with the mouse of a computer device or a pointer. On the
other hand, people used emoticon to describe their feeling. The term of
emoticon came from “emotion and Icon”. However,
the use of cyber language may harm the mind of the student. The abbreviation language
is relatively can effect on their communication and writing for a long time.

lists the closed compound website, with the following rationale:
"The development of website as a single uncapitalized word mirrors
the development of other technological expressions which have tended to evolve
into unhyphenated forms as they become more familiar. Thus email has recently
been gaining ground over the forms E-mail and e-mail. . . . [and]

Social networking is a place where individuals getting
socialize with other people into specific groups using the social sites.
According to mashable.com, “A social networking service is an online service,
platform, or site that focuses on building and reflecting of social networks or
social relations among people, who, for example, share interests and/or
activities and people with similar or somewhat similar interests, backgrounds
and/or activities make their own communities”. Facebook, Myspace, Twitter and
Friendster are examples of social sites. However, there are some benefits and
drawbacks of social networking towards individuals or people.

The social networking may help people to connect with other people
which are separated by distance. For instance, parents which living in Malaysia
can still connect with their children who were studying at foreign country. Other
than that, social networking is also useful for the people who work on a
business and really need to find for consumers or on the other word, to expand
their market opportunity in the easiest way. Some people that are new to
business may advertise their products and services on the social sites in order
to grasp attention from the public.

Exampe of Social Networking Sites

However, social networking may also result in time wasting which
is a drawback for the user. For example, students could not finish their
assignment because of the addiction of Facebook. The time which is consumed for
them to finish their assignment is easily wasted by commenting on post and chatting
with their friends. On the other hand, people also can be easily be a victim
for predators which are eager to steal someone information from the social
sites. Therefore, the social sites users must be conscious towards these kind
of people and must limit the personal information on the social sites.

Scenario

Facebook is one of the important material for the students
nowadays to get socialize with other people around the world. It has been a
must for them and become similar to drug addiction because without Facebook,
their life can be miserable. What would happen if parents prohibit their
children from using FB? Will it be a positive or negative effect for the
children?

Synchronous and Asynchronous communication is a separate term which are both different. Synchronous communication is direct communication between learner and student. For example is during the class period. When both of them is separated by distance, the process of training can still work on by using video conferencing, audio conferencing, text conferencing and visual image. If the trainer want to recognize the progress the learner, online testing will be the method for analysis.

Asynchronous communication is indirect communication whereas the trainers and learners are separated by distance and time. The training materials and lessons are implemented by using printed documents, training manuals, announcement and online guidance. Particularly, the communication is still maintained with the existence of thread discussion, email, chat rooms and group collaboration. Usually, the progress tracking is accomplished by online testing and the record on the task submitted.

Search engines is used in a way to find for any information via the Internet. Basically, people will open the website of this search engine to find for other unknown website. However, it does need only a keyword or phrase but not a long statement in order to make the process of searching to be easier. For instance, Yahoo, Google, ask.com and AVG search are the example of web search engines. The advantage of search engines is people do not need to use the money to use this web and it will save their time rather than reading a book to find information.
